Appointment

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. This will ensure that services will not be rushed or cut short. It is strongly requested that a 24 hour notice is given when there are any changes or cancellations for appointments. If, for any reason, you are late to your appointment, please give a courtesy call. Any client that is 10 minutes late without notice will forfeit their appointment.

Sanitation

Our priority is also your health and safety. At Essence Nails and Spa, we enforce strict sanitation regulations and procedures in accordance with Colorado State Laws and Regulations. All disposable items are NEVER used twice, including files. Every client will be presented with clean tools and implements at the beginning of EACH service. After every service, all implements and tools are cleansed with soap and water, then throughly sanitized under a hospital-grade, germicidal UV light, and finally packaged in a medical grade pouch. We have also chosen the best ventilation system to keep a healthy environment for both our clients and employees.

Gift Certificate

All gift certificates will expire from one year of purchase. Gift certificates may only be refunded for in-store credit only, there will be no monetary returns. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service, and will only be valid for those who purchased or were gifted the certificate.

Group Parties

Any group party must give a 48 hour notice in order to ensure proper preparation. Group parties may bring food, drinks, decorations, etc. Services may be billed on a whole check or to each individual. All group parties will receive 10% the total or individual bill.
